How It Works

The complete breakdown — XP, Elo, tiers, and achievements.

How a Battle Works

01
Queue Up

Hit Multiplayer and join the queue. You're matched against someone at your Elo level — tight bracket at first, opens up if you wait.

02
Pick a Category

Both players vote on a category from 3 options — AI Agent or UI Build. You have 30 seconds. Tie goes to a coin flip.

03
Build

The challenge drops. You get a time limit to build — an AI agent that completes a real task, or a polished UI component. Any tools, any stack.

04
Submit Your Proof — Video or Screenshot

Record a 60-second screen capture showing the thing working end-to-end, or upload a screenshot for image-based challenges. No mockups, no slides. Upload before the clock hits zero.

05
Community Votes

Both submissions go live. The community picks the winner. Elo and XP update immediately after the vote closes.

XP & Level

Think of XP like RPG experience. It only goes up — shows you're active and battle-tested. It doesn't determine your rank, but it shows how deep you're in.

XP only goes up — it tracks activity and dedication, separate from your ranked Elo.

Elo & Tiers

Elo is a chess-style rating. Beat a higher-ranked player and you gain more. Lose to a lower-ranked player and you drop more. Everyone starts at 1000 (Silver).

Bronze< 1000 Elo

Starting point. Everyone who drops below 1000.

Silver1000 – 1099 Elo

Default rank. Where every new player begins.

Gold1100 – 1199 Elo

Consistent winner. You know how to compete.

Platinum1200 – 1399 Elo

Elite builder. Only the focused reach here.

Diamond1400 – 1599 Elo

Top tier. Most players never see this.

Master1600 – 1999 Elo

Elite of the elite. Few ever reach this.

Legend2000+ Elo

Untouchable. The pinnacle of the arena.

Rank-Up: Cross a tier threshold after a win and a full-screen ceremony fires — your old badge morphs into the new one.

Achievement Badges

One-time unlocks earned permanently. Each unlock triggers its own celebration overlay. They never go away.
